Our Policies
Reservations:
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment time(s), it is recommended that you pre-book your appointment(s) as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability.
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. No pre-payment will be charged and the service amount is payable on checkout. Gift Cards cannot be used to reserve bookings, but can be redeemed for payment in spa only.
If you are sick or feeling under the weather in any way, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date to prevent the spread of germs & to keep your service provider and other guests from getting sick.
*Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policies & Fees:
We value your business and ask that you respect the studios scheduling policies.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellations/rescheduling received short of the requested notification time will require full service amount to be sent to flourishptbo@gmail.com before being able to reschedule.

Late arrivals are subject to a late arrival fee. 10 minutes or more will be required to reschedule and additional rescheduling fees will apply.

Clients who miss their appointments and fail to communicate after the fact, will not be rescheduled for any future service(s).
We recognize that time is valuable to both clients & staff, which is why we have implemented these policies to fairly compensate for the loss of income to your service provider. Please understand that when you last minute cancel or miss an appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
As a courtesy, you are sent a reminder two days before your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fee’s.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including frequent cancellations/rescheduling, no shows, failure to comply with the policies we have in place.
Please know that every consideration is given to late cancellations and missed appointments before applying cancellation charges. We assure every effort will be made on our part to offer quality and timely services to our clients.
Prices & Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. All service prices are subject to HST.
Friendly Reminders:
As our space has easy accessibility to cleaning chemicals, hot wax, acetone and many breakable & valuable items, and is not a very suitable space for children. With that being said, unless otherwise stated by Flourish OR if they are receiving a service, children are not permitted in the studio.
All new clients must fill out appropriate intake forms before beginning treatment(s).
If you are receiving a pedicure, please remember to bring along flip flops or easy to put on sandals.
If you are receiving a classic manicure or pedicure with regular polish, please allow time to dry before leaving.
If you are receiving an eyelash lift OR tint, please ensure you arrive to your appointment, free of any eye makeup as well as contact lenses.
All services must be paid in full before leaving Flourish. Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Debit, Credit Card, Apple Pay or E-transfer.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and may be purchased at the studio. Please note that Gift Certificates are available for day-time appointments and current clients only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates if lost, misplaced or stolen.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Certificates must be mentioned when booking your appointment and must be presented before your service begins.
Spa Promotions:
Studio specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers, promotions or third party gift certificates.
Combo specials cannot be split into multiple appointments and are not able to be shared.
Monthly promotions are only valid during that specific month and cannot be booked for future appointments during other months.
Return Policy:
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality service & products with your treatment(s). In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. However, a studio credit may be provided for any returned products, and can be used on any other products available at Flourish. We do not provide any type of refund on services rendered.
